Jeremiah and Ann (Hampton) HAMILTON.
He married Sarah H. LUCAS, dau of Willis LUCAS in 1819 in the
home of Davey CROCKETT in Lawrence, TN.

HAMILTON found 1850 in Saline county, Missouri in the James M. YANTIS
household, also in Saline this year is Alexander HAMILTON with spouse
Letitia and sons George, Eugene and Charles. William reapears in 1870
also in Oregon with one daughter and 2 sons who also removed to Oregon.
Mr. YANTIS removed to Oregon by 1860 and Alexander removed to Hunt
county, TX. By 1870 Alexander appears to be in Johnson county, TX. His
son Charles HAMILTON married Sarah BELLAMY and had son Asberry Jackson
HAMILTON born 1876 in Erath county, TX who married Lavenia MORGAN. It
is unclear if this William HAMILTON is the son of Jeremiah and Ann, or
if Alexander is related to him. Info on William has been included dut
to the fact that he and Alexander are the ONLY Hamilton's showing up in
Saline county, Missouri in 1850 and both are gone by 1860 - -research
