she "of Wakefield", New Hamsphire, and he "of Shapleigh, Maine". He married second to Sarah WEBBER in
Shapleigh, Maine, intentions filed at Shapleigh Mary 13, 1827 and she
died before 1830. John is living in 1860 at Acton, Maine with his
sister Betsey WOODBURY, and he died in Acton, August 9, 1862.

Quimby, born 1815, is living in 1850 at Wakefield, New Hampshire living in the household of Thomas CLOUTMAN and family, by 1860 she is living with Jonathan8 QUIMBY and wife Experience in Aroostook, Maine, by 1870 she is living back in Wakefield with Thomas CLOUTMAN, and by 1880 she is still in Wakefield living in the houshold of Timothy CLOUTMAN, son of Thomas, in this census she is noted as 'widowed' and living as domestic help. Her identity is not clear at this time, perhaps she is a first wife of son Thomas; research on her is currently under way.
