born 1818 in Vermont, and died in 1876 in East Portland, Oregon,
he married second to Mrs Jane (Calohan) HANES, 1884 in Oregon. Ebenezer L.8 removed to Illinois in 1844 and on to Oregon by 1849, and he died in 1891, at Woodburn, Marion county, Oregon.
