DERRICK Family notes:

***Susannah Catherine DERRICK, dau of John & Barbara (Hiller) DERRICK has been excluded as wife of ‘our’ John A. MOODY, see census details of Montgomery, Alabama,  indicating different locations, etc. also note the children living  with her in 1850 are listed as OWEN, but by 1860 John W OWEN is now listed as John W. MOODY………was she previously married to an OWEN, or did she adopt the OWEN children? No sign of her husband John MOODY on either census, but  clearly this is another John & Catherine Moody and family.
