Wilson8 Quimby (Richard7, Eliphalet6, Tristram5, Jeremiah4, John3, Robert2), born 1807 at Hooksett, New Hampshire, died 1888 Benton, Missouri, and was thrice married. First spouse was Hannah CLIFFORD of Brentwood, New Hamsphire, who died in 1847 in Wisconsin, second spouse was Julia Ann QUIMBY, his cousin, whom he married in 1853, and his third marriage was to Sarah WILCOX 'of Canada' whom he married in 1858. In 1840 Wilson is living in Epsom, Merrimac county, New Hamsphire, aged 20-30 with son Jason and another unknown male aged 10-15, possibly his cousin Jason M.9 Quimby. By 1850 he is located in Middletown, Marquette, WI, living beside E. W. CHASE and wife Laura A. she aged 18, born Mass. [see note under listing for Laura A.9 Quimby] In 1855 he is in Princeton, Marquette, WI; 1860 at Dayton, Green Lake, WI; 1870 in Benton, Missouri, and bu 1880 he is in Warrenburg, Johnson county, Missouri, where he lived the remainder of his life. Sarah remarried in 1889 - see newspaper extraction. By 1900 Sarah is living in Russell twp, Camden, Missouri with a third husband, Alzo GRAHAM and son Harry9 Quimby. She may have died prior to 1910 as I do not find her enumerated on the census, only Alexander GRAHAM, aged 76, widowed, living in Russell twp., Camden, Missouri.
